Tuesday’s Faith Thought…No Matter Where You Live in the World

By August 13, 2019 News, Worship and Pray

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. ~ 1 Peter 4:10

Have you ever wondered why you live in the neighborhood, city, state or country that you do? God placed you exactly where he wanted and needed you to be. Every day, no matter where you are, he gives you opportunities to serve him by serving others.

Serving others is being a disciple of Jesus Christ. Do you keep your eyes open for the serving opportunities that are around you every day – in your corner of the world? And, when you notice an opportunity are you jumping in, trusting that God will guide and equip you, as you do what needs to be done?

Don’t question why you are where you are. Instead, trust that you are where you need to be. Let God open the doors of opportunity right where you are and your mind and heart to notice them. Have faith that he is with you as you step in to serve others as he needs and wants you to do…no matter where you live in the world.
