This past Sunday our high school youth presented a program for the congregation about their accompaniment trips this past summer. In June, a group of youth attended the ELCA Youth Gathering in Houston. More recently, thirteen youth accompanied youth and agencies in the Kansas City area for five days. Along with sharing stories and reflecting on their experiences, these two videos were featured as part of the program. Created by one of the youth, Alexis Sandman, the videos capture the essence of both trips and what being a young disciple looks like!
