Lincoln Unites is sponsoring a student art, K-12th grades, contest as a part of the 2018 Lincoln Unites: Many Faces One Lincoln Celebration. The celebration on May 12th will include a “Walk of Unity”, a Naturalization Ceremony, numerous food vendors, bands and dancers. The art should demonstrate how Lincoln is a welcoming community and how important immigrants and refugees from all over the world are to Lincoln. Art is due April 13. Entry forms and details can be downloaded online from our website. Original art can include hand drawn, colored, black & white, pen/ink/pencil/painted. No photography.
